Beer/Cider/Ginger Beer - This is charged at $8 per case nationwide 

Merch - This is a flat rate of $10 nationwide 

Locations

We are only able to ship our beer nationwide in New Zealand, direct from the brewery. If you are after an item shipped outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we may be able to help

When will my order leave the brewery?
Orders received before midday will ship the next day Monday - Friday, or otherwise they will leave on the next business day.

How long will my order take?
Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 2-3 days to South Island and 3-5 days to North Island. But of course, no guarantees can be made! 

How can I track my order?
You should have received an email as soon as your order left the brewery (note, this will be from our courier provider, not Moa Brewing), with tracking details - so you can eagerly follow its progress with the courier. If you’re unsure of tracking details, please just email us at customerservices@moabeer.com and we will have a check for you.

What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order has arrived and there’s an issue, please email us at the Tap Room customerservices@moabeer.com with your order number and a brief description of what seems to be the problem. Photos are a great help too.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS WITH ALCOHOL PURCHASES

At Moa Brewing we require any purchaser or acceptor of alcohol purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. The customer also warrants that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.

You could be liable to a fine of up to $2,000 if you falsely represent that you are a person to whom liquor may be sold or supplied.

The Moa Brewing Liquor Off Licence number is 52/OFF/023/2021 and the Liquor Licence can be viewed here.
